What is the difference between Rescue Balm + Red Correct and Rescue Balm?

It is a daytime version of Rescue Balm for those who want to replenish their skin and fasten up the natural healing process of post-blemish marks with a little bit of coverage. It is very suitable for those who want to conceal redness with a subtle coverage.

Can Rescue Balm + Red Correct be worn at night?

Due to the synthetic pigments, we do not recommend wearing this product at night. It is more suitable for daytime.

Is Rescue Balm + Red Correct considered makeup?

It is considered skincare/makeup hybrid product. Although the coverage part makes this product a makeup product, it also has good amount of skincare actives for replenishing, moisturizing, and healing the skin.

How does Rescue Balm + Red Correct look on deeper skin tones?

Transparently, it will appear a bit ashy on the deeper skin tones but the formula was formulated mainly for those with fair/light/medium skin tone since redness is a more common concern among these consumers with lighter skin tones. However, the formula does cover up to tan skin tones! We also recommend Rescue Balm +Dark Spot Retouch, which is formulated for medium to medium-deep skin tones to counteract dark spots from acne, since dark spots are a more common concern among medium or medium-deep skin tones .

I am fair to light skin toned, so the Rescue Balm +Red Correct turns orange on me. What can I do?

We recommend combining Rescue Balm Original with Rescue Balm +Red Correct to diffuse the green pigments. You can also combine Rescue Balm Original with your fave concealer.
